About the name:  

Twenty years ago or so when I was working on Kitninny I had thought to someday have a publishing / production company for books and music;  a name that might capture the idea that so much of what I wanted to do felt like walking into a fog...heading into whatever I might be getting into without knowing what I would find.   Adventure.   My niece had a cat at the time named "Greyjump".  The name seemed to catch it and I asked for her permission to use it.   So I guess after everything it ends up that the work of my whole retired life is named after a cat.                                                                 john villegas-grubbs
